GENERAL REGULATION OF DATA PROTECTION

The Client is informed that the data provided through the following means will be subject to the following treatment:

• An insurance comparator, in 'particular conditions of the service', will be informed of all the regulations applicable to this service.

• Through a data request form, where you will find the corresponding information and collection of consent clause that will be essential to accept for the information to be sent to the Brokerage

• Contact telephone numbers 917 567 108/912 916 100/644 325 160 where the user accepts these Legal Clauses and RGPD, to deliver personal data and be eligible to receive insurance quotes.

Purpose of the treatment

The complete execution of the insurance intermediation contract and, in particular, the maintenance of the relationship established between the Brokerage and the Client, the advice and information on the conditions of the insurance and financial products contracts, the assistance in case of loss and the sending of commercial communications about insurance products brokered by the brokerage.

Rights as owner of the data

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of treatment, deletion and portability of your data by contacting the Customer Service of the Insurance Broker lopd@proyectosyseguros.com and info@seguros-generales.es

Data Protection

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and freedom of movement of these data, as well as in Law 26/2006, of July 17, on mediation of private insurance and reinsurance, the Client is informed that personal data will be processed in the sense set forth in article 4.2 of the cited Regulation. Those responsible for said treatment are:

In order to preserve the privacy of the personal data of the clients and to guarantee an adequate treatment of the same, the Client can contact the customer service department in relation to any matter related to privacy in the processing of their data. through your email: calidad@proyectosyseguros.com

The Insurance Broker deals with the information of the clients to manage the insurance contract that is requested and, in particular, for the maintenance of the relationship established between the Broker and the Client, the advice and information in the contracting and during the term of insurance contracts, for assistance in case of loss, all of which legitimizes treatment in accordance with the provisions of article 6.1.b) of the RGPD.

On the other hand, the Insurance Broker will process personal data of the Client for the sending of commercial communications on insurance products brokered by the Brokerage for which purpose the Brokerage is legitimated for the treatment of the data for said purpose on the basis of legitimate interest. However, the Customer may at any time object to this type of treatment, without this opposition in any case limiting the execution of the main contract.

The Client is informed that the personal data provided to the Brokerage Company will be kept as long as the purpose for which they were collected remains and until the expiration of the limitation periods for the actions that may arise from the fulfillment of the contract, even after having been resolved the insurance contract, being blocked when they are no longer relevant for the fulfillment of said purpose.

Likewise, when the suppression derives from the exercise of the right of opposition in accordance with article 21.2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the person in charge may keep the identification data of the affected person necessary in order to prevent future treatments for direct marketing purposes.

The Client is informed that the failure to provide the required information means that the intermediation contract can not be signed.

In accordance with the provisions of article 99.1 of Law 20/2015, of July 14, on the organization, supervision and solvency of the insurance and reinsurance entities, the Broker may assign the personal data of the Client to the insurance company, for the sole purpose of guaranteeing the full development of the insurance contract and compliance with the obligations established in said Law and in its development provisions.

The Client will have the right to withdraw his consent at any time, as long as the treatment is not necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

The Client can exercise his right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation in the treatment, opposition and portability of the data through the Customer Service: lopd@proyectosyseguros.com

In case of not being satisfied in the exercise of their rights, the Client can submit a claim by sending an email to the following address: calidad@proyectosyseguros.com

Ultimately, you can request information about your rights and file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, located at Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.

The Portal Owner will process personal data of the Client for the sending of commercial communications on products related to insurance, in which the client already showed relative interest when inserting his data in the portal.
